Description

This SxS Refrigerator Compressor Start Device attaches to the side of the compressor and helps start the compressor motor. If your refrigerator stops cooling and you can hear a clicking sound coming from the back every few minutes, the start device needs to be replaced. To access the old start device, remove the back panel on the bottom of your refrigerator. Installing this high-quality and durable replacement part may require specialized tools such as a flat-blade screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, a 1/4-inch nut driver, and repair experience for complicated appliance disassembly.
