Refrigerator Water Filter Housing

The Refrigerator Water Filter Housing is a white plastic part that surrounds and protects the appliance’s water filter. This cover measures approximately 4" x 13" and is designed to be used with many refrigerator brands; check to see if your model number is compatible. To remove the existing cover, press the forward tab to release the front of the part and then flex the mounting pins at the back of the cover. To install the new part, connect the right rear pin first, then secure the left pin and snap the front tab into place. Replacing this part will not require tools, disassembly of the refrigerator or repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the refrigerator’s water supply before you begin.
