Gas Range Igniter Switch

This Gas Range Igniter Switch ignites the gas for the oven burner. It's wired in series with the safety gas valve for the oven. If the surface burner won't spark when you turn the burner control knob to the light position, or if the igniter clicks constantly even when the burner is off, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. To access the part, you'll remove all the burners from the range and lift the top panel. Installing this part will require specialized tools, complicated disassembly of the oven and prior repair experience. We recommend that you hire a qualified technician to install this assembly.
