The Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor Assembly helps circulate cold air from the freezer into the fresh food compartment for sufficient cooling. This high-quality assembly includes a new evaporator motor with a wire harness and thermistor, as well as a defrost thermostat. Note that the fan blade itself (item WP67006337) is sold separately. If your refrigerator is generating a lot of noise in the freezer area or your appliance is not cooling consistently or not cooling at all, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Installing this part will require basic hand tools such as a multi-screwdriver and pliers, some disassembly of the refrigerator, as well as intermediate repair experience.
