The Refrigerator Evaporator Cover and Fan channels cold air into the appliance and forms the back wall of the refrigerator. This part includes the fan motor, wire assembly, and thermistor and is designed to be used with select KitchenAid® refrigerators; check to see if your model is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator, and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
