The Dishwasher Door Latch Strike attaches at the top of the dishwasher tub and locks the door latch in place when the door is closed. This part works as a mechanical actuator for the operation of the door switch and provides door tension to create a proper seal. The strike measures approximately 2" L and is constructed of metal.
