Whirlpool WPW10300022 Genuine OEM SxS Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly

The SxS Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly receives water from the water inlet, holds the water in the ice mold until it freezes, and then automatically ejects the ice and refills again until the ice storage bin is filled. This 8-cube replacement ice maker is compatible with many refrigerator models with in-door ice and water dispensers. The assembly includes (3) wiring harnesses, (1) ice bin assembly, and (2) mounting clips. If the coating of your appliance’s current ice maker is flaking off, or if components inside the assembly are no longer functioning properly, replacing the ice maker assembly may alleviate these issues. Basic hand tools and novice repair experience are required for installation. Before installation, unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance and turn off the refrigerator's water supply. Note that this assembly does not include a bail arm; remove the bail arm from the existing ice maker to reuse the new part.
