The Dishwasher Door Hinge Bushing attaches to the door liner and protects the liner and hinge when the door is opened and closed during use. This replacement part is designed to be used with select dishwasher brands, including Whirlpool®, Maytag®, Kenmore® and Amana®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this accessory. Also make sure you turn off the water supply under the sink.
