Description

This Oven Lower Bake Element is a replacement part that provides constant heat from the lower oven when cooking. If your oven does not bake properly, check to see if there is a burned-out section of the element and replace it if needed. Two locking tabs hold the oven bottom to the oven frame. To remove the oven bottom when accessing the old bake element, pull it forward first, then up and out. When removing the old element and disconnecting the wires, make sure you don't allow the wires to fall back into the oven wall. Easy to install with basic hand tools like a multi-screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, some disassembly of the oven, and novice repair experience. You must unplug the oven or shut off the house circuit breaker for the oven before installing this part.
