The Harvey Harvey 018330-12 All Temperature All Weather PVC Cement, 32 oz Can, Clear (018330-12) is a pipe cement & primer product. Medium bodied, very fast setting all weather cement for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" dia with interference fit. Formulated for fast initial set up at temperatures down to -15 deg F. No primer needed on non-pressure DWV installations through 4" dia, where local codes permit. Manufactured by Harvey for residential and commercial plumbing repair and maintenance applications.
