To access this part, you'll first need to remove the control panel of the washer. Usually held in place by two screws, some washer models have trim covers that need to be removed before gaining access to the screws. You'll only use one spring from this kit of three depending on the color label on your motor. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the combination washer and novice repair experience.
