This Top Load Washer Drive Motor includes the motor and the wiring harness adapter. The drive motor has two shafts – one shaft drives the pump, and the other shaft drives the transmission. The motor causes your washer to spin, agitate, and drain properly during the washing cycle. If your washer no longer spins or agitates, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. This motor is a single-speed motor (120 volt). When accessing the old motor, be sure to remove the ground wire and the base from it so you can transfer these to the new motor before installing.
