Top Load Washer Self Leveling Leg Spring

This Top Load Washer Self Leveling Leg Spring is part of the self leveling leg mechanism, and attaches to the two leveling link arms to provide tension to the links. The spring is located at the back bottom of the machine hooked between two brackets. Grab it with a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove each side from the brackets. Replacing this part will require basic tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience.
