Description

This Refrigerator Water Tube Fitting connects the lines that supply water to components such as the ice maker and water dispenser. If the existing fitting is damaged or cracked, and water is leaking out, replacing this part may resolve the issue. This high-quality plastic connector accepts 5/16" water tubing. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, including a 3/8" wrench, a utility knife, a towel, and a block of wood, along with some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. Before installing this part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker to ensure safety. Also, make sure to turn off the refrigerator’s water supply before beginning the installation. Note: Safely store any perishable food while the power is off.
