The Refrigerator Ice Maker Optic Board Set senses the ice cube level in the ice bucket and shuts off ice production when the bucket is full. The set also prevents the ice maker from ejecting ice when you open the freezer door. The set includes emitter and receiver optic boards. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience.
