Description

The Dryer Thermistor attaches on the blower housing of the appliance and monitors and helps regulate the temperature inside the dryer. This part is designed to be used with select dryers brands, including Kenmore®, Maytag® and Amana®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the washing machine before installing this part.
