This high-quality Dryer Roller Shaft, Left Side, is an easy-to-install shaft for the drum support roller on the left side of your dryer. To access the part, remove the lint screen screws if necessary, and then release the locking tabs on the dryer panel with a putty knife. Release the door switch wiring harness and then the screws that hold on the front panel to get to the dryer drum in order to remove it. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools such as a multi-screwdriver and putty knife, as well as some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. Before installing this durable replacement part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker to ensure safety.
