This Dryer Front Bearing and Felt Seal is located on the outside edge of the rear of the dryer drum. If your dryer is making an unusual noise during operation, the dryer drum won't spin, it takes too long to dry your clothes, or the dryer drum isn't producing enough heat, replacing this part may alleviate the issues. No adhesive is required for this updated design, which stretches to fit the drum. Note that the seal does not include plastic retainers; reuse the old retainers from the existing part. This high-quality and durable replacement part is easy to install with basic hand tools, such as a multi-screwdriver and putty knife. It only requires some disassembly of the dryer and novice repair experience. Before installing this part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker to ensure safety.
