Description

This high-quality Dishwasher Pump Impeller Kit is designed for rebuilding the pump in your dishwasher. If your pump is damaged and you aren't getting any water pressure, or if the water seal is damaged, causing water to drain outside of the dishwasher, this part may need to be replaced. To access the part, remove the lower rack of your dishwasher and take out the spray arm nut by turning it counter-clockwise. When removing the old gasket, be sure to clean out any leftover residue.

This easy-to-install kit includes the drain and wash impeller, pump seal, chopper, spacer, water seal, spring, hold-down bolt, and an instruction sheet. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools such as a multi-screwdriver, torque 15 driver, adjustable wrench, and 1/4" nut driver. It also requires some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. Before installing this replacement part, remember to unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for safety. Also, make sure to turn off the dishwasher's hot and cold water supplies underneath the sink before you begin the installation.
