Dishwasher Pump and Motor Assembly

This Dishwasher Pump and Motor Assembly pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. When removing the old motor, make sure to note where the various wires connect. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. Remember to unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the water supply to your dishwasher before you begin. Recommended Items: Dishwasher Pump Gasket Kit (item 717000). This seal kit is for the main tub and fits around the pump housing.
