Dishwasher Heating Element

The Dishwasher Heating Element heats the water during the cleaning cycle and helps dry the dishes at the end of the cycle. If your dishwasher no longer heats the water inside, replacing this part may alleviate the issue. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also make sure you turn off the water supply under the sink and remove the dishwasher drain line from the wall. Note that you’ll need to remove the entire dishwasher from the cabinet to complete this repair.
