Whirlpool WP8531743 Genuine OEM Dishwasher Float Switch Base Gasket

The Dishwasher Float Switch Base Gasket prevents water from leaking through the float switch base. This part is designed to be used with select dishwasher brands including Whirlpool®, Kenmore®, Maytag®, JennAir® and KitchenAid®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. You must also turn off the water supply underneath the sink before installation.
