Dishwasher Detergent Lid Door Latch Kit

The Dishwasher Detergent Lid Door Latch Kit replaces a latch that's damaged or broken to where the detergent lid door in your dishwasher is no longer opening and closing properly. The soap dispenser assembly is located on the inside of the dishwasher door on the right side. To access the part, pull back on the tab to release the dispenser lip and use a pair of pliers to grab on to the old latch. Pull up slightly to remove. Includes detergent latch and snap. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
