The Range Door Hinge allows the door of your oven to close properly and ensures it will safely remain open at an angle during use. Note that two hinges are used per oven; hinges are sold separately. This replacement part is designed to be used with select range brands, including Whirlpool®, Maytag®, KitchenAid® and Amana®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the oven or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
